  • Free 15 minute phone consultation for potential new clients

  • $120-$180 depending on the length of therapy session (30m-60m)

  • Psychiatric Diagnostic Assessment/Evaluation: $165

  • Case Consultations: $75/hr

  • Supervision: $75/hr

  • Sliding fee scale available for clients

  • Self-Pay options available: FSA, Health Savings account, all major debit and credit cards. There will be a $25 fee for all returned or denied transactions

Benefits of Paying Privately

Paying through an insurance may limit the amount of sessions you can participate in. By paying privately, your records will not be subjected to any random audits because I will not be required to submit documents to your insurance company. Also you and I will determine your treatment goals and how long your therapy should last without possible restrictions such as those faced when going through insurance providers.

Insurance

Most major insurances are accepted if you decide to have your sessions covered through them. At this time we are paneled with the following: Aetna, United Health, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and State insurance.

If you have out-of-network benefits and would like to be reimbursed for the services you received, I can provide you with a monthly receipt to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Please note that you are responsible for understanding your benefits and the reimbursements that are offered by your insurance carrier. Prior to attending your first appointment please reach out to your insurance provider and ask the questions below:

  • Do I have in-network and/or out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • Is there a limit for the total sessions that I can attend per year?

  • Do I have a deductible or a co-pay?

  • Is any pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network mental health services in order to be reimbursed?

  • If I have out-of-network benefits, will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid or a portion?

  • What do you need for me to submit for reimbursement?

Cancellation Policy

It is requested that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be required to pay $50 with no exceptions.
